* These rates do not include sales tax, and are based on a one computer setup. Radio equipment is provided with the service and is to be returned if the service is canceled. Network cards, Cable/DSL routers, additional cabling, high gain antennas, amplifiers, and any irregular circumstances are subject to additional prices. All installations are to be accompanied by a one-time in-home setup fee to be determined upon site evaluation. e.g. Simple site setup $200.00 includes a cable through an exterior wall directly connected to the Power over Ethernet connector to the computer. Antenna poles, and wires through the attic to inner walls are extra. Setup fees and first months service must be paid at completion of installation. Bandwidth is not guaranteed, so gaming and online streaming video services may not work optimally during peak hours.  Priority is given to Browsing and Email services.

All wireless connections to the Internet are initiated from behind an RXG Gateway, and you are assigned a single dynamic Private IP Address.

Note: All Wireless Routers must be secured or service may be disrupted and a reconnect fee may be charged. Multiple computers on the same connection require the use of a Cable/DSL router. All routers should be installed by, or configured by ELC or authorized agent. Self installation of networking equipment is not recommended.  Any attempt to share service or extend service beyond the installed service address is not permitted without specific permission.  You may not resell or give away service. No spamming is permitted.  No web hosting or file sharing is permitted.

We ask that you please limit the legal downloading of songs or multimedia to off-peak hours between 10:00pm and 6:00am.

Business Rates

Basic

 up to 512 Download /384K Upload $50.00 ($25 not taxed  + $25 taxed) Priority bandwidth over residential service w/priority response time. 

Silver

 up to 768K Download / 384K Upload $65.00 ($25 not taxed  + $40 taxed) Priority bandwidth over residential service w/priority response time.

Gold

 up to 1024K Download / 512K Upload $80.00 ($25 not taxed  + $55 taxed) Priority bandwidth over residential service w/priority response time.

You are required to have virus protection and keep it up to date at all times. ELC is not responsible for any damages or monetary loss caused by computer viruses, malware, or trojan horse software you may contract from the web. Your service may be temporarily suspended if it is found that your computer is suspected of being infected.  Service will resume once we have been assured that the problem has been corrected. ELC is not responsible for any monetary loss due to your ability to conduct business on the internet.

ELC reserves the right to cancel service for any reason at any time and the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notification.
